There are cases where IDOL may ask you for personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, payment information, etc. We may do this for instance when you make a purchase through the Online Shop, respond to communications such as email, or for services that require registration such as to be included on our mailing list. We might also collect personal information from you about a third party, for instance if you ask us to ship product to a third party we may ask for the name, e-mail address, address, phone number, etc. of the recipient. That information will only be used for the specific purpose for which the information was provided and IDOL will not further contact the third party unless the third party contacts us.

We may use “cookies” to gather information about your visits to our website and to enhance your experience. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer’s hard drive and used by IDOL to enhance your shopping experience by speeding up the browsing experience and website performance. Not with standing IDOL’S efforts, no transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure and such transmission is at your own risk.

All personal information that we obtain about you will be recorded, used, and protected by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy. We primarily will use your personal information to provide products and services to you (e.g. to process and ship your online order). IDOL periodically will update customers via email about new product updates and promotions. If you wish to be removed from this email list, then please visit our website and remove your email address by updating your personal information, or click the “unsibscribe” link at the bottom of an email you have received from us. (To update your personal information via the website, log onto our website and click “My Account.” )

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without informing you in advance and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Your data may be transferred to web site hosting partners and other parties who assist us in designing and operating the website, executing services, or analyzing collected data. These parties only will use your data for the purpose of carrying out the word as indicated and will be required to keep the information confidential. We also will release personal data without consent if such is required by law or for security purposes.


BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

מדיניות משלוחים והחזרים

 

מדיניות משלוחים:

משלוח מהיר עם שליח עד הבית עד 4 ימי עסקים - עלות השילוח - 40 ש"ח.

דמי משלוח הינם בעלות והם מצוינים בנפרד על גבי טופס ההזמנה . אין דמי משלוח עבור רכישות מעל סכום שאנו עשויים להציג באתר האינטרנט ויכול להשתנות מעת לעת, כל ההזמנות מטופלות ונשלחות בימי עסקים בלבד (ראשון עד חמישי, לא כולל ערבי חג, חג וימי חול המועד) הזמנות שיקלטו במערכת בימים שישי או שבת יטופלו רק ביום ראשון העוקב.

 

אספקת מוצרים על ידי חלוקת משלוחים הנה בתחומי ישראל בלבד וכפופה לנגישות סבירה (תשתיות, הגבלות
ביטחוניות וכיוצ"ב).

לא נהיה אחראים לכל נזק בגין איחור ו/או עיכוב שנגרמו כתוצאה מכוח עליון, צד שלישי ו/או נסיבות או
אירועים שאינם בשליטתנו.

במקרים מסוימים, עפ"י שיקול דעתנו, המוצרים יועמדו לרשות הלקוח לאיסוף במקום סמוך ומקובל, אשר יתואם עימו מראש.

אנו נספק כל מוצר שנרכש לכתובת שהוקלדה בזמן הרכישה. אנו מתחייבים לספק את המוצרים שנרכשו בתנאי שאושר התשלום בכרטיס האשראי כמפורט לעיל ולהלן.

מועד אספקת המוצרים הוא בימי עבודה הנספרים מיום קבלת אישור לעסקה מחברת האשראי (ימים א’-ה’,
(לא כולל ימי שישי, שבת, ערבי חג, ימי חג ושבתון).

התשלום עבור המשלוח הכולל יתבצע באמצעות כרטיס האשראי ויתווסף לתשלום של העסקה.

*על כל סוג משלוח מתווסף זמן עיבוד הזמנה הלוקח עד 3 ימי עסקים, זמן זה יכול להשתנות בהתאם לזמינות
המוצר בסטודיו ואינו נספר בזמן אספקת המשלוח.

שינוי הזמנה מצד הלקוח לרבות: שינוי בכתובת המשלוח או תוכן ההזמנה יגרור ספירה מחדש של ימי
העסקים ע״פ זמן האספקה שצוין בעת ביצוע ההזמנה באתר.

איידול סטודיו אינה אחראית לכל עיכוב באספקת המשלוח ללקוח בין אם על ידה ובין אם על ידי חברת
המשלוחים.

 

מדיניות החלפות והחזרים:

לפני רכישה אנא ודא כי בעל הרוכש הינו בן 18 שנים ומעלה.

ניתן להחזיר מוצר שנרכש באתר תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר אצל הלקוח – או תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת מסמך בכתב המפרט את פרטי העסקה (לפי המאוחר) – בצירוף חשבונית קניה  (או כל הוכחה אחרת לגבי עצם ביצוע העסקה) – ובתנאי שהמוצר מוחזר באריזתו המקורית.  החלפת או החזרת מוצר כאמור, תתאפשר רק ביחס למוצרים שלא נפגמו ושלא נעשה בהם שימוש.

 

הוצאות ההחזרה והמשלוח יחולו על מבצע ההזמנה בלבד , החזרה תבוצע על ידי מבצע ההזמנה באמצעות דואר רשום, בעת ביצוע ההחזרה רשאי מבצע ההזמנה לבחור אם לקבל החזר כספי (בניכוי 5% מערך הפריט)
או לחילופין לבצע החלפה (בשווי הפריט המוחזר).

 

האתר נוקט באמצעי של זהירות מקובלים על מנת לשמור, ככל האפשר על סודיות המידע. האתר מתחייב לא לעשות שימוש בפרטי הלקוחות הרשומים באתר אלא לצרכי תפעול האתר בלבד, ועל מנת לאפשר את ביצוע הרכישה.
