Returns and exchanges: You can return / exchange items that you have purchased, provided that you have contacted our customer service within 14 business days from the day of receiving the items. Make sure that the item has not been used in any way, and the label and cuff that came with the item must be intact at the time of return. Receiving a refund: You can receive a refund for the items you purchased, provided you contact our customer service within 14 business days of receiving the items and they are kept in their original packaging. Items purchased in the sale will be credited on the site, if you wish to receive a refund, 5% will be deducted from the amount of the transaction plus shipping fees. The credit will be made exclusively to the credit card from which the order was made, if the order was made through a PayPal account you will receive a refund to the PayPal account from which the purchase was made, if it is a cash transaction we will make a bank transfer.
